FASEB Leadership Engagement and Appreciation of Differences (LEAD) Program fosters a culture of sharing diverse perspectives in an open, respectful, confidential, and trusting environment.  Through this authentic exchange of perspectives, we are working towards transforming the culture within the scientific community.
